95 accord won't start when its cold

My accord wont start when its cold without hitting the gas. Does anyone know what is wrong with it?

So the engine's starter is revving but the engine is not turning over until you press on the accelerator?
Inspect the IACV and EGR valve. Clean or replace.

Inspect your spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, and air filter. Replace as necessary.

Yes i do. Ill check the iacv and egr distributer cap rotor and plugs. I did put a new air filter. Its a k&n filter. Ill write back and let you know what happens. Thank you for helping me

Your ECT might be on it's way out. It's probably reading -34. But double check to make sure it's not the culprit.

So what's the symptoms again? You start it up when it's cold, but it just cranks but no fire?

Whens its cold it cranks then i hit the gas and it starts. Sometimes while driving the car hesitates while its going down the street

thats what i would have guessed ect.... had the same problem on my old gsx a couple years ago would have to put the battery on the charger and crank for what seemed a life time to get it to start turns out it was just that sensor........ if it idles irraticly at times while even on the temp gauge then thats prolly where id start just sayin..

When engine gets cold then it requires to get warm again. Try to start your car by accelerating or let the engine warm.
