95 Accord disc rear, fairly new pads on rear, I adjusted Parking brakes to specs. They hold on a incline in drive however if you give it gas the car will move. It appears parking brake only holds car if stopped . Does this seem correct?
FYI. After intensive searching and opinion from qualified mechanic.
Properly adjusted parking brake should 1. hold vehicle in drive to about 800-1000 rpm . 2. hold veh in park or drive at idle on incline.
hope this helps
