Question alternator problem

some PS fluid spilled into the alternator.... not too much, prob abt 2 tablespoons dripped onto it and seeped into the coils.... I would like to know if this is a problem to worry abt. Do i need to buy a new one or just use the current one?

don't worry about it~ when i had my 300zx power steering leaked like a mofo, and got all over my alternator... still worked fine.

well, i started the car... was practically pissing in my pants.. it worked, but there was some smoke coming off the alternator too.. guess it was the PS fluid getting burnt..anyways, it's all good now.. thanx for the reply..
