You shouldnt have hollowed out your cat. It causes Flow stagnation and decreases low end power and overall performance. It act likes a hollow box and wont help you out any. I would chunk that thing. It be better to get a straight pipe or go on ebay and get a 50 dollar high flow cat.
If you want to increase your compression I believe you can do it with head gaskets. I know they make some that can lower so theres a starting point. I think your money would be better spent doing something else though. Myabe a fpr and fpr gauge would be nice. Just some food for thought.

nope...not to raise compression?!??? you'd want a THINNER gasket to raise compression. think about it. closing the space between the piston and the chamber in the head would increase compression.

i've never seen one for the accord f-series motor...spoon and mugen make them for b series and h22 and f20b tho :
i had a friend just get a cheapo head gasket from autozone, then take it apart so it's just 2 layers instead of the 4 or 5 layers. then sprayed it w/ copper. ghetto rigged....lasted him a month
