F22B Dohc (Non Vtec)

Does anybody know the real horsepower this thing can push? cause every site i go to or even on ebay for this motor they give me different HP on this motor, so i dont really know the true HP on this motor.. Did anybody swap this motor in their car, if so how was it? I was wondering if this motor was a F Series motor then Does the F-Series Tranny fit on this beast? This Motor Only Cost Like 600-700 (Engine Only).

The motor makes 160hp. Its the exact same block as the f22 and the head is from the h23. It is a direct bolt in for 4th and 5th gen accords and even if u dont boost it.......it still is a pretty peppy engine compared to the sohc.
