Front defogger/defroster not working

02AV6
front defogger/defroster does not work
I cannot get any air to come out of the defrosting/defogging vents, both by the windshield and by the side windows.

Anyone have this problem b4? I read that some 7-gens had it, but any 6 gens?

i troubleshot the best i could
my service manual is only till 00 and there is a procedure to find an error code, but doesnt work on my 02 V6

is the blower motor just shot (does it work on other settings?)

or is it the switch?

the switch/button can select the front defroster, but at no point does any air come out of those vents

there might be a bad connection somewhere between the switch and the motor... check for corrosion or a bad ground
