HUGE OIL LEAK!!!
yoo guys listen, today i noticed a burning type smell... and it smelt like left over or running low oil, soo this is my problem i went to fill up the oil, and it seeped straight through the engin like.. it came straight out the side of it or something.. it was hard to see but i got under it and it was coming out right next to the oil pan.. i couldnt tell much from there it was dark and the angle was odd.. ill get under it again tommorow... but someone needs to help me PLEASE!?!?! give me anything u can think of, and the valve cover gaskets were just replaced,

yea bro. i either think its a rear main seal leak.. or an oil pressure censor but... im really getting the feeling thta it could be a cracked block.. and if it is.. say bye bye to my cb7 ='(
carb and choke cleaner, wd-40 or some nice engine degreaser on a warmed up engine should do ya well. Even though you may be able to check it in the light of day a small mirror and flashlight can still help out.
A buddy of mine had a bad oil leak on his nissan and it just turned out to be the oil pans gasket.

yooo man! i found it out.. when i replaced the gasket it and i put the valve cover back on.. the one side folded and tore! ='( lol soo it was just that its fixed now but ill tell ya... a damn waste of 23 bucks ahahah thanks for the help mort!
Thanks for letting us know what the problem was once you traced it down. Thats arguably one of the most important thing about forum, is finding the solution and posint what you did about it. Many people just post their problem , fix it and then never follow up on their thread.
