so i went to my friends shop this weekend to do the h22 swap. he told me a couple weeks ago that he had the engine on the shelve. i went, seen it, it looked good from the outseide. of course i dont know much but what i do know is it looked good. he says if you want it ill save it for you i told him id get it in 2 weeks. he said ok. then when i went to do the damn thang he says oh i sold it to this customer yesterday.....so anyway...im looking for some places to get a h22...if any of you are in cali and know some reputable places let me know. otherwise i have to go back over there and deal with his bs some more till her gets me another one. i hate setbacks that are not caused by me. lol

Business before homies man, that's just how it is. shit happends, stop bitching and find something suitable. because no matter what, business > friends.

if you want that in different view, personal issues > friend's issues.

yeah i know.....however......that was a b.s. move just for a extra 100 bucks. and he has come through for me befor i dont understand why butoh well....i know of a shop. but i want to check out some others in my area i just dont know where they are

i don't do that to homies ever. for me it's Homies > business just go to a local junkyard and look for a prelude. You can get yourself a cool lil h22 for pretty cheap if you actually look for it.

Why the hell would wouldn't you want your friend to make an extra 100.00 if he is your friend.

thats not the point. the point is. we made a deal. friend or no friend he knew i was coming to get it...he could have said hey i sold it. your going to have to wait till i get another one.
and if your asking me id rather sell something i knew was good to a friend if they wanted it than someone else. but if your getting fucked by your friends like that all the time i would wonder about your friends...and if your the one doing it to them then maybe you dont have very many friends.

You guys are worse than fucking pregnant women. Instead of bitching about it on a forum.. head to a junkyard. There are ludes everywhere... they aren't hard to find. Not many people want H series swaps. They aren't in high demand. Too expensive to replace parts on... especially for a junkyard motor. What kind of car do you have? Why the hell are you going with an H22 in the first place? What motor do you have now?

Anyways, as someone had said before Business>Friends, additionally I think you should take some time to do some research because its quite obvious you haven't done much at all to date.

Don't be in such a rush to mod your car, its wasteful because you will end up with something that A. either you don't like, or B. even worse a shitty running pile of crap.

Honestly though I would do alot more research before you continue to ask questions here because people will get annoyed after a while, and you can't blame them, as many of them didn't have someone holding their hand during their buildups. Not to mention for every post you have made you could have found the answer via google....

Im done, I would have never spent this much time responding to this but being bored at work has a detrimental affect on my posting... oh and also grammer>you.

By the way, why the hell did you use such large font? We aren't fucking blind. Compensation for something? Your plea for help, maybe? You're dumb if you use an H22. Too expensive and too much of a hassle.

Look dude. I'm not trying to be a bitch or anything... but I'm a girl and I don't even get fucked over that royally. Work smart, not hard. If this is your first time ever doing a swap... [which, that's kind of obvious considering the "hold my hand while I cross the street" attitude you have about it..] I wouldn't do an H series. Seriously. Especially if you have a civic or something along those lines. The conversions are too difficult for someone who has no fucking clue as to what they're doing.

EDIT: Wait, your profile says you have an accord... what motor is in your accord? An F series I presume?
