What trim is it? DX, LX, EX? I got a 92 LX. I say save up your money and get a jdm h22 engine swap.

www.noyanengines.com

That's a good local place to go and get it. I am currently saving up for that swap, and i'm currently converting my auto to manual.

hello and welcome to the board.. for the pass 5+ years i have been here you won't believe how many of these questions i have answered. even though all the stickies will answer your question.. i'll save you the trouble and list cheap mods.

but before anything, make sure that your car is running in good condition. do a basic/major tuneup and check all pipes for leaks and check other various components..

comfort and performance really can't be used in the same sentance. if you want comfort you will have to sacrifice in performance and vice versa.

1. remove weight: removing weight will improve your cornering, acceleration, braking, MPG and all...

removing 100 pounds will equate to about 0.1 second reduction in 1/4. 10whp usually reduces 0.1 seconds in 1/4mile as well...

you can remove weight by tossing your A/C, power steering, spare tire, jacks, carpet, and anything else you can think of... they are ALL free... but u can spend money and get light parts such a: carbon fiber/fiberglass hood, trunk, light rims and tires i.e. rota, volk etc... the list goes on and on...

2. get a cheap intake from ebay.. they will work just fine...

3. search: throttle body coolant bypass

good luck
