You can do a few things; you can overbore your throttle body and then port match it to the intake manifold plenum. You can then port match the intake manifold runners to the head to get a small gain. You could then do a port match on the exhaust side too in order to speed up exhaust gas exiting.

You could do a H23 manifold swap but it's a lot of work or you can do less work and go with a F23 manifold swap or a F22a6 manifold swap.
One member on my site is going through a manifold swap right now and he's having a fun time doing it too because he is learning so much and actually DOING SOMETHING rather than just slapping a part on and saying "hey look, i did a mod"

If you want some dedicated info for JUST 94-97 Accords then you can check in here
http://www.gen5alive.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=58

and if you would like to read up on the F22a6 manifold swap you can read up in here too so that you can get the users experience with this whole ordeal.....warning, it is about 5 pages long so you will have to spend a bit reading but its good stuff

Good question but any existing stuff (If anything) would see a slightly larger gain (or recovery of lost power) through a slightly larger intake manifold.
The intake plenum (aka reserve air chamber) on the F22b2 and F22b1 accords are fairly small. You can imagine if you went higher into the rpm range (about 3-4k or higher) that the motor would be near starved for air and cylinders 3 and 4 would be really choked. If you can get a bigger intake manifold for the motor it would be slightly beneifical for a daily driver. I know not everyone needs to do this crap or go through the trouble and the gains seen may not be much but for the avg person who really doesnt give a damn then any type of gain or project is worth it.

venom makes an aluminum intake for the 94-97 f22b1 but for some reason its just not listed as an accord part but instead an acura cl 2.2 intake. It's the same engine though.
