I have a AEM short ram intake in my 99 accord V4 manual, sounds like a beast.
V4 manual huh? got to get me one of those.
sounds like a beast??!! for $300 it better give you a bj too.
any generic ebay intake will do as long as you get a decent filter such as a k&n or one of those foam filters. i wouldnt spend more than $100 for an intake.

If I two-step your A$$ then you know I'm serious!
well, you want the intake pipping to have mandrel bends, and if a cold air intake its a good idea to have a bypass valve just incase. aem, injen, iceman, they are all good. i hear that the aem v2 is really good.. i just have the aem cai and im happy with it.
as for a v4 accord, i dunno about that.

aem v2 very good, very expensive, is it worth the xtra cost?
well, is any quality part worth the extra cost?? it depends on how much you are willing to spend, and what kind of quality/performance that you want.
i bought my intake used for 90 bucks, compared to buying it new for more than twice that. check out the classifieds, ebay, etc. maybe you will find a used one.

I have the V2 for the 97 accord which is just a short ram intake with dual pipe sizing and i noticed a major difference over the AEM CAI and the AEM SRI.
...but i got it 500 miles used for an awesome deal...so it was hella worth it for me.
