Well Im finally starting my project now. You guys said a while back that most people come on these boards talk about building an ultimate accord with ultimate horsepower and a whole bunch of nonsense. Well I talked about it and now Im going to do it. I finally in a good financial position to carry out this challenging task.
Why am I building this 5th gen accord?
I love the style of the 5th gen accords.
It's a challenge.
Being unique and creative.
Some people said I can't.
Mods: Nothin much yet...17x7 Tenzo Shu-4 knock-offs w/ Falken tires, RActive exhaust, 20% Tint, Full Custom Stereo, fully dented up exterior waiting for work
Sounds good man. I'm an Accord lover myself, having owned 3 to date; can't wait to get myself another one. Anyways, keep us updated and be sure to post some pics of your ride as you progress...

wow your starting off way better than i am... i am still replacing body parts that were dented...i had to go the route of necessity and not what i wanted to but im starting to get to the part where i am doing stuff that i want to do...mine is all different colors right now but im not worried about that right now...im shooting for my H by the end of the month since a friend of mine sold the one i was on my way to pick up to another customer. but when i get some more progress ill post mine also... id love to see all you progress...good luck

Thanks for the support guys. Ill post pics of my fiber hood when it gets here. And Im saving up money for the H right now. The only reason Im getting the hood before the engine is because my hood was messed up at the time.
Project S.5.G.A is my first car project but not my last. Im going to take this accord to another level. From bottom of the barrel to smoking the best of them. Watch as this accord evolves and transforms into something remarkable. I guarantee you will never see an accord that will perform, and have the graceful smooth style this will accord will have in the future.
Right now it has slight mods so I still consider it stock. Though its still faster then a stock accord. It has about 170 hp.
My goal is 500 hp.
Wow so your pretty much stock LX has about 170hp now huh?
By that number intake, header, exhaust and other mods would put it over 200 and an engine swap and otherwise would put it at like even higher...... lol
Damn...that means i'm putting out like 220 right now too............sweet!

lol i agree anything looks better than what i got right now...im just waiting for a few more pieces to the body befor i have it painted and what not. im onthe fence wether i want to just keep it black or change the color to a blue the bmws have on thier roadster...they called it esterelle......but i have time to decided and im not in a rush.
i would sand it myself and primer but i know less about painting than i do about everything else if you could imagine that one lol
