Recommended Brake Fluid? I'm scared..

First of all, I've searched and been throught many pages of useless info.. my last resort is to ask.

I bought my 01 Accord 4cyl Ex 2 years ago, and it's time for me to change out the old brake fluid, but I don't know what to use. The user manual said to use Honda's own branded brake fluid, as is with their tranny requiring Honda ATF. Any other will damage it. So i got a dilemma.

I heard that ATE Super Blue is great, so is Motul, and Valvoline Synthetic DOT3/4. But also heard that synthetic is not good as they abosorb moisture quicker than conventional, and certain brands are NOT for use on Honda vehicles. what gives?

I really don't know what to use... I want something with a better dry boiling point than stock..... It's a street car, daily driven, with spirited driving in the back roads once a week. Thanks.

just go with the synthetic or just DOT 3

or

replace all lines, and calipers and fill your system up with DOT 5

Honda OEM brake fluid will be fine for your application. Make sure your fluid is not too dirty though. If you replace it completely having dirty fluid, there's a good chance you will have to replace the master cylinder sooner than later.

I have a bottle for you. Do you have a dealership you could ask? I know quite a few S2000 owners that use the other brake fluids you mentioned, and I'm sure it would fine for you to use. I just figured it was overkill and not necessary, but if it's easier for you to get then by all means go for it.

you should be fine w/ any conventional (brand name) brake fluid.
