you have a pro kit so your pretty much safe with any shocks.
the KYBs are shocks for people who are on a budget. they work decent.
you could also get away with just stock shocks for a while with the pro kit.

other shocks you might want to consider are:
bilstein-HD----->good for spring that lower between 0'' to 1.5"
bilstein sport---->good for coil overs, and race springs 1.5 or lower
koni yellows---> good all around for sport or race springs
tokico blues-->good for sport or OE springs

my recommendation is if you drive your car as a cruiser then just get the tokico blues with your prokit. but if you drive hard, corner etc, autocross, moutainess road, then you might want to get the koni yellows.

ps-i have the h&r sport with stock shocks. rides decent, no complaints.

Thanks for the advice. I put my Eibach springs in when I first got my car now I have about 79,000 miles and I was wondering if I did get shocks will it feel different driving? I mean bumps and road noise.

i talked to bilstein and they said that the hds are usually for stock springs and the sports are for lowering springs. but the tech guy said that if you're running your lowering springs on stoch shocks and your suspension isn't bottoming out on you, then the hds are ok to use. but he still recommended the sports for lowering springs

With aftermarket shocks, you will get less bounce, but more jolt when hitting bumps.

With some exceptions, generally if you want better handling, your ride quality IS going to suffer.
