tire preasure sensors

hey guys i was told that after market wheels will set off the tire preasure light on the 08 accord even if you put the sensors in the wheels and i was wondering if this was true and if it is ,is there any way around it?????

This is true the aftermarket wheels will set the tpms off but the way around it is that if you put the sensor back into the aftermarket wheel then you are able to reset the entire tpms system. I used to work for Discount Tire Co and i was the guy that knew all the ways to reset so if you give me a day I can get the actual steps for you to reset it.
