Awesome, just got some some light setups for my RC.
I will be making them all. But I got some leds and let me tell you. They are the brightest LEDS I have ever seen. They almost come off blue / purple or to where you get this real quick red halo. Basically like a really really nice new cars headlight.
Well anyway they are sweet as hell. I might even sell them on here, just need to wire them all up and see how much things cost and if its worth it.
But man just wait for the pics. Im going to run the car tonight, should be sweet. Ive got it running off a 9v battery. Works perfect and this battery is about dead and the lights havent dimmed yet. I might even make a couple that can be plugged into your reciever.

Sweet, I just bought the led's from radioshack (the really really bright 3000mcd ones) and they're whiteish blue and they're pimptastic. Some of the new bodies come with light buckets so they actually have 3d headlights and I just dremeled a hole in there and epoxied the led's in and wiring them up manually with a resister and ran it off of the cars receiver battery pack. Good stuff though, it's a cheap easy fun mod that makes the appearance of the car amazing.

wow that would be an awesome one to use for my alarm. when it's armed a have a blue led flash and it's fairly bright and so the interior of my car flashes blue to let ya know it's armed, it would look awesome if it were brighter, hmmm ideas ideas...

Yeah that is a good idea. My car has a light that flashes. Just cut that off and wire in the led and resistor and tada. Ultra Bright Armed light. Good idea.
