Any suggestions on what is the most fun/reliable RC you guys sell i could look into them?

I looked at the banner ad for grandhobby and everything is cheap and im scared. I mean 40mph for 100 bucks? http://store.grandhobby.com/rc4wd2wayesc.html

In the pics it doesnt look all that cheap but i know if i bought it i would end up so dissapointed because SOMETHING is going to break way too easily. Just a hunch

haha i will let the pics do the talking,

Stock HPI Micro RS4

Stock XRay M-18

The xray is a much better built and more race worthy car imo. The xray has all independent suspension unlike the micro rs4 which has a pod set up in the rear much like a 4-wheeler with one single spring. The micro is belt driven, whereas the xray is shaft drift. Everything is lower center of cravity on the xray where as the micro has all the electronics mounted on the upper chassis deck.

heres a pic with all the electronics in the xray to give you a idea of how low the center of gravity is on it.

the xray comes as a kit car. You can buy what they call the power (something) that comes with a pack, motor, speedo (nothing to special). That will normally go 15-20 depending on gearing.

I have a micro RS4 and I changed the chasis to a single deck so it has a lower center of gravity. It needs to be weight balanced but its in a box now.

I have the M3 body on it. I got mine when they first came out and it was an impulse buy. It really has no practical place to be used, unless you have a warehouse or a gym or a big ass empty office with hard carpet.

Cracks and rocks OWN MICROS!

Edit just figured out who made this thread. Fool you havent drivin that shit since we raced each other like 2 yrs ago lol
