ok guys here is the run down i just spent alot of moneythis summer so far here is the run down i bought skunk 2 stage 1 cams , cam gears ,valves , vale springs , retainers, pro series manifold and 68mm throttlebody , precision turbo 310cc injectors , aem fuel rail & fuel pressure regulator , dc 4-1 header , p30 piston & rings , unorthadox underdrive pully , greddy timing belt and new water pump. so there fore i need a good good performance shope that will build this motor and put in new main bairing rear main seal and everything in the block and fully assemble this motor to profection. and also would like to know what u guys think about the set up so message me and let me know.. oh yeah also forgot to mention i am located in northeast penn.

Im in NE PA too. Doylestown (bucks county area). Id recommend you to RT Tuning. Theyre a pretty good shop, they know what theyre doing- and once theyre done, they can do your dyno tuning.

ok can they do dino tunning and persision tunning wit it not being in the car and with out a tranny is is this not possible???

No, they only have a dyno jet.
