Seems to me that Hondata has a legitimate complaint, but are suing the wrong guy. If he no longer owns PGMFI.org, why wouldnt they sue the current owners?

They probably just filed suit to get him to take down the K-Pro downloader. Theyll probably drop suit after it comes down.

from the looks of it its already down, and he was owner when it was put up, that is why he is being sued

Oh. I use Hondata, but ive spent nothing to support them (). I got my Hondata used, and my conversion harness from pgmfi.org. Ill have to see how this plays out, but ill toss a few bucks his way.

Thx bro, this is pretty much what we stand for, all those people out there who like cheap tuner things, this is the reason why you have backyard tuner, and do it yourselves....because of this guy blunder. Help him to keep the thing moving. a Dollar from the 112309 members of pgmfi.org would more then suit the cause.
