What octane rating is available to you at the pump? That has alot to do with it, also having it properly tuned after it's built is always the key to reliability. If you have good fuel and tuning available, I would use something like these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ross-...spagenameZWDVW
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CRV-B...spagenameZWDVW
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/RS-MA...spagenameZWDVW

Or search around for other stuff. You will make fantasic power with 11.5 compression on CTR cams, and with decent pump fuel shouldn't be too hard to tune.

The level of build we suggest to you also depends on your budget. How much do you have to spend on this stuff. Should we suggest to you forged rods, or just shot-peen the stock rods and replace the bolts with ARP? that kind of stuff.

we have 96 octance rating down here. will titanium retainers improve its stability??? maybe i can still stretch my pocket up to 2 large...

No I don't see any benefit to you from putting titanium retainers in there. They wear out much quicker than steel ones also. 96 octane, if you choose to use it all the time, you can get the car tuned a little leaner or advance timing farther to make more power.

The only things I can think of to do to make the B20 reliable is to install the ARP rod bolts, you might be able to do it with alot of difficulty with the enging installed, by dropping the oil pan and taking out the crank to access the rods. Then maybe ARP main studs when you put it back together, perhaps with a block girdle and a GSR or aftermarket oil pan to allow it to fit.

rods, or rod bolts? If you buy rods, you will be taking apart your whole motor to install them...

use block girdle... acl race bearings and 2layer head gasket. Also u can milled your head about 0,030...for more compression.10:5.1 is ok for Itr cams. What is ur ECU now?

Don't mill your head, it's an asinine suggestion and totally pointless. Milling should be done for the sole purpose of fixing a warped head or one with a damaged surface that won't seal properly. If you want raised compression do it with flat-faced valves or just get pistons with the ratio you want, seriously you can pretty much pick a ratio and you will find someone that makes it.

The other idea above you from demon235 is also preposterous. 900hp, who cares man, even if it's true? How about a useful idea instead of boasting about your alleged motor then confessing you don't really know much because a sponsor built it and you don't know what's inside.

how does flat valves affect compression.

If you've seen stock valves, they are dished on the face inside the chamber. Flat face valves fill in that dished area so the overall combustion chamber volume is decreased which increases compression. It's not a drastic effect, just makes it go up a few tenths at most. I wouldn't tear a motor apart just to put them in, if you are doing a valvetrain upgrade already it's an option you have to toss them in and get a little extra.

milled head is just a idea.cheap way to take horsepower.
get new pistons CR about 11:8.1 .This is enough for 205-210hp at the wheels.

if u want to daily drive dont take up to 12:5.1 CR ... Its my opinion.
