for all motor i hear I beams are good, but i hardly see it, manly H beams in all motor applications, i personally would get Eagle H beams

any of the SHO sponsors have them im sure, and can maybe give you a little discount

Eagles are just the chinese copies of the Carrrillo H beams, the strongest steel rod per gram, but also the most $.....you get what you pay for.

The mass of the I Beam versus the H Beam is different. I-Beam's would be more ideal for an All Motor Application because they decrease the amount of rotational mass, and in turn allow for a higher amount of energy usage, because they decrease the amount of energy required to move the piston and rod. H-Beam's are better suited for Turbo boost applications, where extra rigidity and strength is required. Eagle's as posted above are Made in China bro, nothing wrong them, plenty of people have them, I even have a set, but I regret not getting some American made ones.
