H22 project. goal=200whp where to start

Well I think the title says it all.
I haven't had a car for a year now. Buy I have this H22 that needs to be rebuilt. I want it reliable and quick, I think setting my goal at 200 for N/A is more then realistic. The motor burns oil so it needs a rebuild anyway.

Here is what I was thinking for parts:
Possibly getting H23 crank(ballanced)
Some eagle rods.
Type S pistons.
Brian crower stage 2 cams.
Brian crower valve train.
And depending on money, send it away to portflow to get re-worked.

What do you guys think? 200WHP atainable with this sort of setup? Thanks in advance.

If your goal is 200hp and you have the budget for all of that... you'll end up making more.

We have had several H22 powered cars make 197-205 with much less then that done. Tuning is the most critical component of the build.

Well what I was gonna do is, buy the car, get a full H22 swap for it, run it stock, then rebuild my current h22 over the next year or so.
