head and short block combonation

I'm looking for some advice on a head/block combonation.

I want the bottom half to be 2.0 or under. and I would like to have the best flowing head that will fit on that block.

not sure if this is important or not but i have absolutly no plans on using forced induction. I do want to be able to run it often on high revs (racing).

thanks

Thank you, So it'd be best if I were to get the b18c long block.
