Yeah, but your point still doesnt make any sense. Because the fastest honda in the world is running a B-series, that means we should all run one, regardless of out power goals, budget, or use of the car? Just because the fastest honda drag car out there has a B18C doesnt mean that it's the best motor for everyone. A 1200hp B18 would be a bitch to drive on the street, dont you think? For reliability, performance, and price- the K-Series is the best option for a street car that plans to stay NA. You wont make as much power as a K-Series for the price without a turbo, and even if you do- it wont be nearly as reliable. A BUILT B-Series makes around the same as a K with mild mods. The K will always be on top for reliability.

I just did a quick search and....

http://www.turboneticsinc.com/news/article.php?id=6

Reads:
The impressive engine used to power the World’s Fastest Honda Civic was a turbocharged B18C built by Killer Bee Racing. Though the engine has produced as much as 728 hp at 29 psi of boost, the boost was run at only 13-14 psi for the record runs.

BUT: I do remember reading about Stephanie's car...

Bottom line here BOTH cars share one thing.... B18C1

Of course it setup will fit into a 92 hatch, it's arguably the easiest civic to put this motor into. It's basically a high compression ITR motor swap (ITR motor with CTR pistons + cams). I was going to run this on the street with 94 octane until I found a turbo to play with.
