how can i tell what kind of head i have?

i have a "b16" head im not sure if this guy doesn't know what hes talking about but how can i find out what it is?

look right on top of where your headers r you will see some stamps if it is b 16 you will see pr3

ITR/CTR/B16A's have the same head casting, and all bear the PR3-X stampings.

So what is the code on the head? And there's a series of numbers on the leftside above the exhaust ports that are inside of circles, those can help too.
