idling problem b18c1

hey you guys i recently been having this problem with my motor i changed the seals for the injectors o rings ...changed the throttle gasket...put in a hondata intake gasket i changed the hvac in the rear of the intake manifold..Now when i changed this part the car idle find but i notice when i drove the car it bascially ran by itself the idle was about 2grand.... now i was trying to adjust the throttlw cable but im sure the person that own the vechicle used a b16 throttle cable could this be my idling problem because i adjust the cable and set it correct and for some reason it just rises ....i have a stock but bored out throttle 68mm ported the intake manifold too just curious you guys to get my car running correct...

sounds like the tps is cracked or got moisture in it. a hairline crack on the tps will make the engine idle at 2000 or more

given all the things you changed, i'd lean more towards a vacuum leak. get something like wd40 and spray around the gaskets, injector o-rings, etc and see if idle raises. That will help you find your leak.

I wouldn't expect tps issues to cause the problem you are seeing only because the ecu is determining fuel based on map and rpm values.
