those are crank hp numbers. take ~15% into account for drivetrain loss and an r18 makes 119whp. a k20 makes 165whp. simple i/h/e and a tune with a k20 puts you over the 200whp 160wtq mark easily. try that with your POS r18.

First off 1000rpms makes a huge difference, it can be a difference of 40 ft of torque or 20whp..you dont know..And as far as i know, the k20 is probably the best engine to data honda has ever made for the rsx/si/type-r's, and this is coming from a guy who rides the c5 nuts daily. Secondly, your talking shit..on a tech fourm inwhich you posted because you have a reason to ask a question. A R18? What in the living fuck is that, i've never heard of that, i'm assuming you mean a b18a1..which is a 1.8 liter USDM 90~93 ls integra engine. I've been building motors and tuning for years. I will ride a b series nuts till its completely gone. But to say a k20 is crap or far less superior is retarded.. the k20's head alone flows about 90more CFM then a regular b series head. And considering the best b series engine made, the jdm R b18CR only put down around 180whp stock form says alot. A bolt on k20 w/o a tune goes for almost 200whp? How do i know my wife's car with just a injen intake and skunk2 mega power catback made 201whp stock ecu. Your retarded, everything you post is retarded and fictional. You have no proof but a video that shows your car is slower then a metro and the fact remains your not goin to squeeze shit out of a stock 1.8 unless you
a) Gas it
b) turbo it
c) some type of bore / build.
Supercharging is an option, but not recommended because of maxed power. see with SC's your only goin to be able to boost around 10 psi for the effecitly levels to stay high, specially if you daily drive. More info on this motor.
put this motor side by side with a k24 or a k20 i promise you, with the same bolt ons the k20 will outperform the "r"18 by a ton. 30whp is a huge difference btw.. a huge difference.
And dont try to flame me, i'm laying the pipe down, unlike everyone else here, i'll make you feel like you were a mistake at life for talking shit to me, i wont be nice, take this with a grain of salt and learn from your mistakes you have no idea what your talking about quoting crank hp is like saying you get laid by your hand.
