miss fire problem need some help

Hi, i have a 1993 honda civic with a b16 swap has been running great for three years. But all the sudden it is running rough at low rpm (under 3500) then it smoothes out and runns fine to 6000. i thought it was a exhaust cam skipped a tooth so i checked and it is fine but i replaced belt anyways. I also changed the fuel filter and cap and rotor. injectors are all pulsing and airfilter is clean. please e mail me with any suggestions. nitropeanut@hotmail.com

check the plugs and timing. Make sure plug gap is good. Or just put in a fresh set of plugs.

As said above, check your spark plugs. Then, check your wires. Those 2 are the easiest to replace and check.
