Lightbulb naturally aspirated needs more HP

Gen 5 prelude, naturally aspirated H22 with cat back, cold air intake, Vtec controller, headers, etc looking for more HP w/o adding supercharger, nos or turbo. What are the best options?

Head work, cams, valves, spprings.

Under drive pulleys, intake manifold, larger injectors, larger throttle body.

Hi-flow cat (or test pipe, depending on how legal you want to be)

Lighted fly wheel.

And the list can go on. All it depends on is how much time and money you have.

Thanks - That's pretty much what I'm hearing. Last time on the dyno - 179 HP to the wheels...

Need to go to OBD1 with new cams and headwork?

An engine is basically a big air pump, the more air you can get it to move the more power you can make.

1)increase airflow
2)reduce frictional losses
3)increase maximum engine speed
4)lighten the car
