It should still start. I dont claim to be an H-series know it all, but i do know that a B18C will start when using a P75 LS ecu, it just wont have vtec.

Are you sure your ignition timing is correct?

same here, i know the F22 sohc came in the "s" ludes, while both h-series are dohc. so i could understand H23 / H22 ecu's working for eachother. im just not real sure about the F sohc ecu workin for the H series!

The name of that part is the resistor box. Thats not where id be looking to find a problem. Pull the plugs- see if they smell like gas.

The resistor box is to control peak and hold injectors on OBD0 cars. If your car is a 92, its obd1, and shouldnt even have a resistor box, unless you swapped out your injectors for peak and hold injectors.

If the plugs smell like gas, then you are getting gas into your cylinders, and fuel isnt the problem. They'd probably be wet after turning the motor over a few times.
