I just bought a civic that has a b16 *****..alright im goin to be honest i dont know the differnce between a b16a and a B if there is one ..im new to all of this..but i am more intrested in the motor than looks so i came to this forum to look for an answer..The b16 motor is good..But the guy i am buying it off of says he wouldnt turbo it unless i where to rebuild the motor which he says could be anything from replacing pistions to rods and ect..well my question is..is it worth the time and money rebuilding the motor..or should i just go and buy a new one and work on that then swap my b16 motors..bear with me..im a noobie :eek ..

as long as the motor has no leaks or cracks then i would just rebuild it.... it a good motor to work up. you can buy aftermarket parts or even build it back up to stock specs..... but you have a good motor to work with..
