Questions regarding engine-swap

I have a Euro- Accord 96
The engine is a F20Z1

I want to put a F20B inn the car.
I know about the OBD1 to OBD2 adapters
just have to point out that i have Manual tranny

I know the H22A is a better choice cauz of the aftermarked parts, but i like unique

all that leads me to the questions.

1: will an F20b fit?
2: what would the total cost be? (I se the engines range from 2000-2900)
3: what legit places sells these?
