like title says i'm looking at possibly doing this, but a few questions?? how much h/p should i expect w/ those two and an intake mani & possible t/b, all of course w/ a good tune. thanks in advance

no you will not see a 20hp gain with just those 2 mods unless you are running very bad before your tune
correct me if i am wrong but skunk stage 1 cams a the sam lift and duration as stock just a harder grind os you will not gain from the cams at all and the hondata will only help if you have afew mods other than the basic bolt ons
it will take alot more to see a 20hp gain at the wheels

im doubting its the same profile as stock. It would then be a stock cam....not a stage I

Correct..
The s2s1's are basically a very..very mild cam
Their primaries are a little bit bigger then the CTR's / ITRS and the vtec lobes are pretty nicely sized for a stock block motor with out really any head work
max power range is around 8300ish's or so
here's the run down
Good health b16a's make around 140ish whp
if your running a mild bolt on system
thats a good intake, Header's 4-1 and a decent exhaust 2.5'' then you should see possible a 10-12 whp gain from those mods..maybe..
with hondata tuning and a skunk2 intake manifold with s2s1 cams i can definitly see 160whp range which depending on which car this motor is in, puts u in the mid - low 14's which is a pretty quick car..
if your goin to spend the money on stage 1's thats a good setup for say a nitrous or going with a supercharger
believe it or not..some cam tuning can unlock some hidden power..
your not goin to gain 20whp just by a set of cams..not without cam tuning, and ecu tuning..its very possible to see less or more, it depends on what your tuning and you can come up with.
and with cam timing a good rule of thumb is never seperate the cams more then 3 degress away from each other.. this insurese that you dont have valve to valve contact and/or piston to valve contact.

Click the link in my sig, I have a cam guide posted in my blog. But yeah with all of that you may see a 15-20WHP gain, I'd at least go with some stage 2's and a slight bump in compression.

slight bump wont give him the go ahead to stage 2 cam a b16..sorry..
ctr pistons and a 2layer or 1 layer hg might give u a good compression to maximize those cams but i dunno..
stage 1 cams are idle for b16s with mild builds..
unless your goin to port your head, and get u a serious compression bump do not bother goin to stage 2/stage B+ cams...cause u'll just over cam ur motor.
