Smog removal questions

I am building a track ONLY car that will see public roads from the back of a trailer only. It's a 1990 CRX with a first gen B16a. Last night I pulled the TB and intake manifold off and was amazed at the number of water lines going into and out of the manifold!

Ouestion #1: what can I toss and plug/block off??? I am not concerned about cold idle or smog.

Question #2: There is a vent box thingie on the back of the block that a hose plugs into sending blowby to the intake manifold....can I just vet that to the atmosphere??
Thank for any help guys!!!

B16 is really not a good track motor and if you are going to race it get an aftermarket IM
