What to expect from a head job?

Hi, I´m from Brazil and my car is an EG6 B16 All Motor stroked to 1.8 using JUN parts. The car has about 230 WHP, runs alcohol cause we have it at the gas station here in Brazil. My head is stock using JUN 3 cams, springs and retainers. My question is: What can I expect in terms of WHP and Torque? Does anyone has a dino sheet of the "before and after" an engine with a head built?
