upgrade your lower sway bars and tie bars...and a new bushing kit.you will notice a huge difference.

We can recommend what you should do next only if we know what you have done to it now.

Nothing wrong with Teins, definitely focus on the rest of the suspension. Chassis braces and whatnot, as was already suggested.

I wouldn't have used CTR pistons in a B18, it's an idea that has fallen out of favor with most all-motor peeps now. The dome shape isn't the best for combustion efficiency and also the extra material in the dome makes the piston heavier. In a short stroke motor like the CTR/B16 the pistons speeds are slower so it's not a problem but in a B18 it adds alot of stress to the internals. Also if you're tuning on pump gas with compression that high you end up dialing back ignition which reduces power, defeating the purpose of putting high compression pistons in to begin with. If you want to avoid that, seeing as how you've already installed them, go with a more radical cam that has larger primary lobes to reduce the dynamic compression below the VTEC crossover point. Skunk Pro2 or some big Rocket cams, BC4, etc.

but then you run into p2v clearance issues

you wont clear p2v clearences with anything bigger then a 12.1 lift those cams i'm telling you right now, unless u for sure dial in the cams. The safe bet since the motor's already in the car probably and running

s2s2's, bcIV's, m22x or bloxb's or toda's b/c

pro2's offer a 12.3 mm lift, and usually anything higher then that is pushing the limit on ctr pistons in a b18 block because of the deck height
fyi bcIV's are pretty equal to the regular stage 2's of skunk2, the primaries are a TAD bit bigger but i made more power with the s2s2's then the bc's look into the pro1's or s2s2 or m22x's for your best power choice and daily driven abuse.
