Hi guys, well my rex hit a 100 000 miles last night (160 000km)

There are a few things that needs attention and I need some help with that.
1. The central locking works only sometimes.
What I want to do:
Strip of the left door panel and check wiring and solenoid.
Problem, I don't have a clue how to go about stripping the door panel, I am afraid of braking it, and around here it is very hard to find parts and if you do, its very expensive.
2. The ac, well, after I used the AC, there comes a horrible smell from the vents, like a old water kind of smell, also I saw some pieces of what looks like sponge coming from the vent, small pieces. Have any of you guys had a problem like this before and how can I fix it?
3. When the car spend a lot of time in the rain, a drop or two appears on the inside, underneath the dashboard and drips out, only little bit.
So what i want to do is strip the dash out and check what the hell is going on. Have any of you guys ever took your dash apart? Is it a crap job?
4. I want to check the sun roof gutters and crease the rack, any advice on that?
5. The clutch, Its got a cable clutch, but some times when you release the clutch pedal, the clutch release when the pedal is at the top and some time at the bottom, just lifting your foot a bit will make the car roll, ??? any one have a clue what the hell is going on there
Well, looking at this post, it looks like there is quite a bit of work to be done!!
