actually i don't the crx ever had 5 lugs. i believe the 90-93 integra type-r had them though. the suspension is same just swap hubs.on the front the hub will swap and on the back the best move would be to get rear trailing and hub together.
if you have a b series engine, then you will have the b series axles then you can put on the ITR or CTR hubs and rotors and have 5 lug's..... I am not sure but i dont think you can put the ITR or CTR hubs and rotors on a D Series Axle.......

Well you can do it by using type r brakes I have the Brakes off of a Type R that I might be selling preety soon. Its the two rear trailing arms and the front shock assemblies
