Mods: ask me
b16a1 will become famous soon enough
all of the above is my guess

and what about the exhaust? will it hook up to a second gen engine? maybe you need to get a custom exhaust and such... but that migth be something to worry about later

takes about 8-10 hours. you'll need mounts (HAsport) the wiring harness. shift linkage, new exhaust. I've done this swap 5 times well... two of those were B18s
but anyway... SCC had a tutorial on it November of 2002, take a look at that.. also if you want I can tell you how I do it

SCC is a car mag.

You mean the B16 mounts and weld them in? because the second gen crx mounts don't bolt up to the b16 if i am not mistaken. You can either weld or buy the mount kit.

you'll need integra/crx hybrid axles. you'll also need the HAsport mounts. you can't get the second gen mounts cause they won't even end up in the same place. get the HAsport ones, sure they are nearly 700 but they are worth it.
