88 crx front end problem

i have an 88, freshly aligned and the front end is allover the place. pulls hard right and left, wears tires too. no visual damage to bushing or anything. i have heard maybe the steering rack is going, but thought i'd check if this was common. any help will be greatly appreciated- thanks

it pulls during normal driving..... after some work today i think it may be a cheap camber kit installed before i bought the car, no accidents, frame is straight.......i am gonna check the steering rack tomorrow and if thats not it i could use help on a new camber kit, an effective one i can rely on......thanks for the suggestions
