90 DX is down again. I need help. ECU CODE: 10

Yesterday when I was coming home my car cut off at a stop light. When I tried to cut it on it could like try to crank and then it would kinda cough. I tried it a couple of times then the CHECK ENGINE light came on. I ripped up the carpet and counted the flashes. It flashed 10times, paused and the flashed 10times again. I looked in they Hayes Manual and it said it was the AIT Sensor. I checked that according to the Hayes Manual an the ohms reading was good. Anybody know what could have happend?
