91 hf to 89 si eng. harness.swap

I'm new here so forgive me if I repeat some questions that have already been asked. I've searched and found A LOT of different opinions on how to swap an SI engine into an HF body so I thought I would ask myself. I have 2 complete cars. I have a 1989 crx si (body in rough shape) and I also have a 1991 HF (engine blown). I am planning to swap the si motor into the HF. I plan to use the rims, axles, hubs, tranny, engine, and possibly exhaust out of the SI. Now for the harness. Can I just unplug the engine harness off the right and left sides of the si engine bay and drop the whole thing into the HF then use the SI harness and ECU? Or do I need to swap out the harness. I also noticed that there are more vacuum lines on the HF for an EGR valve and an extra vacuum port on the throttle body on the hf. Can I just plug the vacuum lines I don't need? Sorry if questions are basic knowledge here. Also if anyone needs any parts I won't use off the SI feel free to ask.

whichever harness you keep, would you be interested in selling or trading the other one? PM me if you are. Thanx.

Thanks nin63. I thought it should be as easy as that. Thanks for the advice about the vacuum lines. That would make things easy, but what about the extra vacuum line on the HF throttle body. There is no vacuum fitting on the si T/B to conect a line to. The ones I am talking about are right on the back side of the Throttle body.

nin63, disregard the last post. Brain fart. If I change the selinoids like you said that would eliminate the extra vacuum line that's needed for the HF and it would only have the one for the SI motor T/B. Thanks
