anyone know how to take off the speed cable mount

hey guys i got a 91 d16a6 tranny going into my hatch but the thing is that it doesnt have the mount thing wheret the speed cable goes. i have another cable tranny with it but i dont know how to take out the mount to switch it. or can you guys tell me what it is called so i can order a new piece

Merc is an unknown quantity at this point
there's a 10mm bolt that holds the speedo cable thingymabob in. simply remove it and the thing should pull out. BTW I wouldn't recommend the aforementioned description in a parts store!

i checked and there is no 10mm bolt there to undo..there is just the speedo mount...looks like its pressed in...arrgh...i hate the crx hf tranny i have on..nees to put the si in
