im looking for the real JDM SiR tag, not the ones they sell at advanced auto parts or pep boys n'shit. im looking for the one for the CR-X SiR, the one with Si in red and the R in black i think it is. anyone know where to buy one?

Try www.JDMPARTZ.com they usually have alot of JDM stuff. If not here then just try ebay, they got everthing.

This reminds me of this guy I got into an argument with about JDM stuff. He has a USDM civic hatch and he's done SO much JDM shit to it that its not even funny. So the last touch he did to it was put a Type R sticker on it. I was like "Dude, your car is not a type r." He argued that he has everything that the real type R has....engine, suspension, interior, the works. So I told him "Dude, you have a Civic with Type R parts. It's still not a type r. As long as your steering wheel is on the left hand side and the type r logo didnt come stamped on the body straight from the factory then all you have is a wannabe."

I tried to explain to him that JDM is great, and it looks very clean....but don't put a logo on your car that says it's something it's not.

To this day we don't talk anymore. Talk about a guy holding a grudge

What do you guys think? Was I right for stating my point, or was I wrong?

well i like the SiR badge, and im putting the rear leather back seat in and many other JDM goodies, and yes i know my car is not a SiR, im not a fuckin moron, BUT i do have a B16, and im getting parts from an SiR. so im going to put the badge in place of my Si badge. thats just me.
