Angry Anything look wrong to you?? (seats)

I am trying to mount my seats in and ran into a problem. They are aftermarket seats but i had to use the factory brackets. When mounting my seats, the front two brackets bolt in fine, but as i go to bolt down the rear, here is what i run into. It is an 88 si body BTW

^^^^this is a pic of the (rear most holes) left side floor on the drivers side, but wait.

^^this pic is for the right side rear brackets on the drivers side. As you can see i have another nice large hole, this time with two smaller holes next to it.

The hole on the right rear, 1st hole is where my seat bolts to, well was supposed to.

Now from looking at all these holes. The two inner holes on both sides of the body (left rear, right rear), actually go straight through the body , like to where i can see the ground..

I currently have no access to a welder right now. If welding is my last resort then i know who i can talk to. I have JB weld though, lol

EDIT: Got rid of dumb stuff
