axles???

hey all im back this is dreamworks90crx...i have a question..my axles on my si are a clackin away, when i replace them will it be ok to go with the oem axles since im leaving that motor in there and plan on a drag 3 turbo? will those hold up? thanks for any help...

I think oem axles will hold up to normal boosting conditions (8lbs. and under) and if your car is not too slammed up front (off centered axles will break). Get 'em from Carquest or similar auto parts outlet. See carquest here offers a lifetime guarantee on their axles. My friend keeps breaking his at the drags, and gets it replaced. Dem faulty carquest axles...hehehe.

the problem yu r describing is that of your CV joints being fucked up....check your CV boots....they are prolly ripped......your stock axles will b fine to a point....i would go with sum sturdier units just to be safe......trust me....itz worth the money...carquest axles are piles of shit......i wanna swap out mah integra axles for sum of the heavy duty ones......
