D16z6 head on a stock D16a6 block

my friend told me to just simply go with a 92-95 D16z6 sohc vtec head adn drop it on my 90 crx si D16a6 sohc block

is this good?
i was going to drop a b16a in but the head swap is so much more cheaper

how much horsepower will the head give me?

look at around 130-132 to the flywheel with the head swap.....i say go with the b16, you'll be more satisfied but it depends on your budget.....both are good motors.
