help please.

Well I was taking out the seats out of my car and noticed that on the drivers side, the mounting bolt holes for the seat rails are STRIPPED TO SHIT. I noticed there are smaller holes that have good threads next to the other mounting holes, was thinking about putting diff seats into my car. this sucks.

Mine were rusted out, but i didnt fix it when i sold the car. Cut out a little square and then weld it in and re-tapd threads.
