pcv valve removal
so i took out my pcv valve...being that it could be the perpetrator behind my blue smoke problems....

that damn thing was covered in oil...i dont know anything about them so please someone tell me what it means...and if i should replace it

They are only a couple bucks maximum at your autoparts store, just replace it and see if it helps, it can't hurt!

I've found that the PCV valve rarely causes problems, but often exacerbates existing problems. Replace it, it's worth it (the oil's coming from somewhere, and it could be dripping down through a bad PCV valve seal).
