Thumbs down Please help, REX IN DISTRESS

I have a 1988 CRX HF. I tried to frankenstein a 1.6L intake on my 1.5L engine. The !.6 had no provisions for an EGR and the idle air control motor would not fit. It was not running properly so I switched back to the stock intake. The car ran even worse. I turned the car off, went to get a fuel pressure tester and hook it up to the car. When I turned the key, I no longer had fuel or spark. I have checked all the fuses and they are good. The main relay has one 12 volt contant, but when you turn the key to the run position the relay is not powering up the ecu or the fuel pump. I did the pin test on the relay, and it checks out ok. I am stuck. Please help. This is my daily driver.
